RUDE LADIES TAKE THREE...
So Bryan went surfing after work tonight. The girls were worn out but after dinner, I stuck them in the car to get a few groceries. Haven usually walks next to me and helps me put my food items in the cart. While I was feeling for ripe peaches... Haven bent down and kissed one. Come on... she is 4! Just then a lady walks by and says, "OH MY! And I am supposed to buy and eat one of those now?" Do I have a sign on my back that reads "All older ladies... say something to ruin my day?" Luckily, I try not to let it get to me and I'm to the point that I can laugh about it. I wonder how many more ladies will throw tude at me this year??? It's just a game to me now.

OMG! I can't believe the luck you've had with with old ladies:) That's so terrible. It least you're a pro at it now and can just roll it off your back!
I would have said, "does my kid look diseased?" You are nicer than me not to have said anything!

Vic and I just got back from LA/Santa Barbara yesterday. I thought about getting your number from Kristyn while we were down there. Sarah Hull mentioned once that she would love to see me next time I am down there...but alas, I didn't call. We were pretty busy. BUT, I guess my point is that I THOUGHT of you girls and WISHED I could have seen you. Does that count?
Sometimes I think I can say that things are "getting better" but then I have a horrible day, or week, and honestly think I might die of a broken heart. Truly. Today is a good day though. One day at a time is all I can do. And hopefully I won't run into any rude ladies to make it any worse.

I feel so bad for people that have such issues. You know she is lacking love and would be kinder if that was more apart of her life. Wow! Summer you have the worst luck with these encounters...

I'm sad for that lady that she couldn't just smile and see how funny it was that Haven kissed a peach! I mean, does it get cuter than that?

Holy cow! If she only knew what the Illegals had done to her fruits and veggies when they were picking them, I hardly think she would be concerned about a sweet little girls pristine lips! The nerve.
WOW! Old ladies sure like to pick on you! I am sure a kiss by Haven on their precious peaches is the least of their worries.. hello .. pesticides, other people's grubby fingers?? Some people??
