PARTY TIMES!
This past week has been filled with some fun parties!  I LOVE a great holiday celebration!  It started with a few "favorite things" parties (which I am obsessed with)!  They are the BEST!
Cookies with milk shots

Then Bryan had his work Christmas lunch at one of our favorite places to eat "Riptide"!

Yesterday morning we were in charge of our last ward activity for the year... Breakfast with Santa!
There was sugar cookie decorating
and snowflake making

followed by a visit from Jolly Old Saint Nick himself!

After the Breakfast some of the ward headed down to the city Christmas parade.  It is one of our new favorite traditions.  The kids love it.  And I secretly do too.
I missed Meredith from "The Office" this year.  Instead we got the Leave it to Beaver kid all grown up.
Tina the fat lard Llama.
Haven's regular occurance
Not a regular occurance

Brad and I tried to take a ride Back to the Future

The girls wanted to take a ride on Logan's cool toy
Best neighbor ever and in the parade again this year... Mrs. Patti Polucha!
Lovebirds Tarah and Marc
Lovebirds Haven and Logan
Logan the ladies man!

"Gordon Clause is coming to town..."
Per your request D-dawg, I have posted a few more pics of Gordito in his Santa suit and sherpa coat.  I think he has enjoyed the coat the past few days with the cold front that we have had.  I don't mean to get mushy now but I understand why they say that "Dog is man's Best Friend".  This guy is the BEST and has stolen my heart!  I never thought I would be an animal lover like this.  He is the only one in the family who never talks back, always eats what is served and cuddles whenever I want!  He is my BFF!  So, here is to Gordon!  This song is for you from all your friends. You are the world's cutest and greatest dog in my eyes!
Giving Bryan a welcome home hug when he got home from work tonight

Glad to be warm in our cold house
Doing some paperwork with Bryan tonight!
I promise you that none of these are posed!

We finally got our tree!

I feel like we got it so late this year.  We barely had time to grab one tonight for FHE before we went to my sister's house to celebrate Beck's 1st Birthday!  Can't believe he is already 1!  And can't believe that it is December 8th already.  Let's see:
Messy house: check
Piles of laundry: check
Decorated Tree: no check
Christmas cards addressed: no check
shopping done: no check
*Hopefully I can have a productive week and weekend coming up!

Can't say enough good

Above are some of the pictures from what I have been busy with the past few months.  This may be a bore for some to read but I want to have some of these things on my records/ personal journal to remember.  This has been one of the best experiences of my life.  I have learned so much and met so many amazing people.  With David's birthday this month (he will be 18!) I thought it would be fun to share 18 interesting facts about him...
1. He is not as shy as you would think
2. He hates seafood
3. He sings when he is talking to you
4. He is genuine and real
5. His dad is a talented jazz musican and SUPER nice BTW
6. He loves sprinkles cupcakes
7. He is still very close with Brooke White and Jason Castro
8. He was born in Florida
9. His favorite shoe brand is Creative Recreation
10. His favorite food is Thai food
11. He goes to bed late
12. He doesn't eat dairy (for his voice)
13. He is obsessed with John Mayer and Jason Mraz
14. He has the highest standards and values of anyone I have ever met
15. He likes short, brunette girls
16. He adores his family
17. He is a grazer (eats lots of little things through out the day)
18. Only likes room temperature water

* Really, I have been so impressed with him as I have gotten to know him the past 6 months. With his album release and lots of appearances last month, we have sure seen a lot of each other.  Each time... he surprises me more with his sincerity for everyone he comes in contact with.  There is not a mean bone in his body.  I think four of my favorite stories are:
~ Filming "Icarly" on Nickelodeon he had a line where he was supposed to say "I hate her".  He didn't feel comfortable saying that word (yeah- can you believe it?) so he asked the director if he could word it differently or just give a look that would express he was not fond of her.  I love that he stands up for what he wants.
~ During his new music video shoot, he didn't want any of the girls to be in immodest clothing.  He preferred to not have tank tops on the extras and on the lead girl.  He said he doesn't want his image to come off wrong.  He wants to be clean and tasteful.  In the hollywood world... that is AMAZING!  I think he is making an impact on more and more people each day!
~ In November he had only one and a half days off to be in UT with his family.  What did he do in that time? He did his Eagle project for scouting!  What a kid!
~ We were lost while driving in the car with Gary and his dad one time.  I rolled down my window to get directions from someone and after they had told me the right way to go, I forgot to say "Thank you" (my bad).  David was in the back seat and shouted as loud as he could so the person could hear "Thank you"!  He is ALWAYS so polite.  He taught me my lesson.

Anyone who hasn't heard his CD should.  It really is GREAT!  It's a feel good that the whole family can listen to.  And his voice is near perfect!  It would make a great Christmas gift.  Speaking of, he will have a Christmas CD out next year... can't wait!

P.S. The song playing on my blog... he wrote.

HAPPY 18TH ARCH!  I THINK I'M YOUR #1 FAN!
THIS IS A BAD VIDEO BUT IF YOU CAN JUST FOCUS ON HIS VOICE.. YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHY I LOVE IT SO MUCH!  AND YOU HAVE TO PUSH PAUSE ON MY SIDEBAR MUSIC (Sorry)

From AZ to LA...
It started while driving to Prescott when I got pulled over for speeding and got a ticket!  Going 88 in a 70 mph.  Whoops... guess a slight hill on one part of the drive really got me going.  This picture was my "It's no big deal Bryan" look.
Haven's crazy face!
Bryan sketched and enjoyed the relaxing drive with Gordon after I got the ticket and was driving at a normal speed.
Sisters and Mom
Mom and crazy old cat lady Grandma!
Bryan and I eating our fave mexican food there in Prescott!  Anyone in AZ who goes up to Prescott it is called "Hugos".  Hole in the wall but amazing!
Grandma Jeanners took us all to tea... it was so delish!  Haven felt so grown up coming.

The girls bundled at breakfast!
Every night we snuck Gordito into our hotel room.  He was quiet and perfect the whole time!
Walking him in the rain.
The girls LOVED Uncle Augie!
He made sock puppets and Haven thought it was hilarious!
Katie and I saw a sappy romance/ comedy with the sappy newleyweds!
While these three chose to see Bolt!
Thanksgiving dinner at Murphy's Steakhouse.  Hope everyone enjoyed their home cooked meals.
From the cold to the warm.  We stopped in Palm Springs for an overnight stay and the girls just had to swim.
Next little trip for me was a few days in LA to shoot D.A.'s new music video.  On the way down a guy hit me on the freeway but luckily it barely did anything to my car!
Gar and I with David and our make do clothing set up outside at the beach.
Us in the photobooth

The director Scott modeling a scarf Gary and I gave him to keep warm.
David and his CUTE video love interest Fernanda!

Dinner at a Thai restaurant in Venice.
Day 2 our friend Adrien came to help out.  We had to dress 17 extras this day.
Henry the baby weiner dog!
David and Fernanda in one of their scenes
David practicing before his guitar scene.  I am intrigued by his talent in this picture.
Midnight break time!
Midnight snack!
Midnight sillyness with our matching name necklaces!  And at 2:00 am... it was a wrap!
In more recent activities... Berkley and Christian sure think they are ready for the Prom I guess!
And she thinks she is getting too old for diapers now too!  The girl is potty training herself and takes care of business on the toilet everyday!
THE END!  And can you believe it is DECEMBER????  WOO HOO!
