Haven's special day!

Haven and I spent the whole day together and I think she was on cloud nine! Since I am the room mom in her Kindergarten class I was able to accompany the kids on their field trip. We went to the Centennial Farm at the Costa Mesa fairgrounds! I strapped on my cowboy boots again this week and headed to another farm field trip! I think the kids were just as excited to ride on the school bus as they were to see everything at Centennial. Haven's favorite thing she got to do there was hold a tiny baby chick!

Then in the evening we got to have a mommy/ daughter date with Lily and MaryEllen. We started at Baja Fish Tacos for dinner and then went to see "42nd street". The costumes and tap dancing were amazing. The girls LOVED it! After... we stopped at Yogurtland for some ice cream. It was a very special day for us both! We really needed one on one time together. I love this girl. She is SO fun and has a very kind heart! She is also very sweet about always including others. I am so proud of her.

Berkley's Field Trip

I was able to accompany my little B alone just she and I on her pre-school field trip! It was SO much fun to have special time and she loved every minute of it. I think this age is magical. The excitement that these kids had at the farm was priceless. I adore that Berkley is fearless and doesn't think twice about holding animals or getting onto a gigantic horse. She is my little dare devil. The same little gal who at 19 months old jumped out of her crib and broke her leg. I love you Berkley Rose!

Baby Houston gets showered!

Aleisha got the royal treatment with two fun showers for baby Houston. The first one was the cutest cowboy theme that Katie and Mikelle did. They served BBQ sandwiches, homemade potato salad and coleslaw, a salsa and chip bar and the yummiest little mini pies!!! It was fabulous! Then Erin and I put on a smaller one for her family and close friends at my mom's house. Both were great times and I think Aleisha was very happy! She is so deserving of all the love and attention. ALL of us couldn't be happier to see her glow as a mom! She waited a long time.

Nordstrom Fashion Island Grand Opening

Another beautiful Nordstrom opened in Orange County and this time at Fashion Island. Nic and I went to the Grand Opening on saturday and it was quite the place. The Kardashian sisters were all there signing autographs for their jewelry line. We got to meet them and they were very nice and drop dead gorgeous of course! And even better in my opinion was the SPRINKLES truck with FREE cupcakes. I think one of my favorite things was seeing Alexis from the Real Housewives of Orange County's husband there trying to get noticed. It was very funny. Here's to another Nordstrom close by! Hip Hip Hooray!

So excited for Kristi! Her baby was born yesterday and is healthy and darling. I loved going to hold her tonight. She seems so tiny. They change so much this first year it's crazy. I love that her and August have matching middle names. Congrats Collings fam!
